I've seen anxious people go to bed and go to the hospital for life support. So, in 2016, I read some books at the Chicago Public Library and in 2016 at the Largo Public Library on ways to get rid of anxiety. Of the 5-6 books I read, the one I liked best was Dale Carnegie's How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. This book by Dale Carnegie has all the means of what has been said in other books. So, I decided that what I really needed to do was learn how to do it right. Let's see, the essence of the book.

  •  Live in a sunny house and live for today until you go to sleep without finishing yourself thinking about the future.
  • Follow the Wills H career formula to deal with the problem. The formula is -
